Narrow gauge railway is running from Bánk to Felsőpetény. The 600 mm gauge line is about 6 km long. It was originally built to serve the clay mine.
Nowdays the role of the railway transport is minimal because of the transport changes.
On 16 september 2006 (on the Mineday in Hungary) the first small passenger train started. We have lots of thing to do to start scheduled passenger services. But the first step was done.
About our intention to travel on the train will be possible on foreannounced weekends.
The plan is to show the part of the underground mine. The passengers will travel by train which is pulled by accumulator locomotive.
